Polish mushroom soup in progress.
5 oz Dried Polish mushrooms 24 oz Baby bella mushrooms 3 stalks celery 3 medium carrots 1 large onion |
4 tbsp butter 4 tbsp all purpose flour 3 48oz chicken stock 3 tbsp dry parsley flakes 1/2 tsp ground black pepper |
Cook down dices mushrooms, add celery, carrots onion over low heat until translucent. Add to crock pot, add remainder of ingredients and cook on high for 2 hours, then low for 5-6 hours.
Add a tablespoon of heavy cream to each bowl when served.
