The shrimp should be thawed completely.
- 1/2 lb medium raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 14.5 oz can stewed tomtoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Basil
- Oregano
- Parmesan
- Penne
This preparation requires a round bottom pan and a sauce pot.
- Slice the grape tomatoes in half.
