Turkey chili with chorizo.

2 tbsp canola oil
1/3 lb smoked bacon
1 lb ground chorizo
2 lbs ground turkey
2 14.5oz pinto beans
1 ?oz can tomato paste
1 14.5oz can tomato sauce 		1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp dry oregano
1/2 tbsp baking soda
